Presentation :

The Forum on Food Sovereignty is an initiative launched by Habib Ayeb, teacher and researcher at Paris 8 University, specialized in agriculture policy, activist and documentary filmmaker on this issue. The aim of this initiative is to alert civil society, citizens, medias and the political class of the criticality of food, agricultural and environmental issues conditioning development and political independence. As part of this initiative, the Tunisian Observatory of Economy organized a workshop to facilitate the establishment and the organization of this Forum.
